Medlin Barn (1000 x 1000 px)

The Medlin Barn, built in the early 1870s by James Wilson Medlin, was a three-story structure inspired by Pennsylvania Dutch architecture. It featured 24 horse stalls on the ground floor, grain storage on the second floor, and a spacious hayloft with a cupola on the third floor. Notably, the barn's design included a windmill in the cupola that powered a mill to grind feed for livestock .trophyclub.org+1angelfire.com+1angelfire.com

The barn became a local landmark and was even featured in the television series Walker, Texas Ranger. Unfortunately, due to structural issues, the barn was dismantled in 1997, but it remains a cherished piece of Trophy Club's history
